Refund Policy

Applies to: Consulting services sold by Magnolia Path Consulting Co., Ltd.

Overview

Magnolia Path provides professional consulting services, not physical goods. Refunds are handled according to engagement type, work completed, and the terms in your signed proposal.

Cancellation before work begins

If you cancel in writing more than 14 days before the scheduled kickoff and no substantial preparation has occurred, we refund fees paid minus a 10% administrative fee. Preparation includes scheduled interviews, CRM analysis, or draft deliverables started at your request.

Cancellation after work begins

Fees for completed phases are non-refundable. Partial refunds may apply only for undelivered phases explicitly listed in the proposal. Work is measured by phase completion, not calendar time alone.

Pipeline Integrity Diagnostic and fixed projects

• Kickoff completed: First invoice portion is non-refundable.
• Interviews completed: Fees attributable to discovery are non-refundable.
• Draft delivered: Remaining balance may be reduced only if we fail to deliver the agreed final playbook per the engagement letter—not if you disagree with recommendations.

Opportunity Review Sessions

Single sessions: full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Session packs: unused sessions refundable within 90 days of purchase minus sessions already delivered at single-session rates.

Retainers (Quarterly Pipeline Governance)

60-day written notice required after the first full calendar quarter. Months already invoiced are non-refundable. No refund for partial months. Deposits for the first quarter are non-refundable once the first council is delivered.

Win/Loss Interview Program

Non-refundable after buyer interviews begin. If buyers decline participation and fewer than half of planned interviews occur due to factors outside our control, we may credit up to 30% toward a future engagement or offer additional interview attempts within 60 days.

Rescheduling

Kickoff and workshops may be rescheduled once without penalty if requested at least 7 days in advance. Additional reschedules may incur TWD 5,000 coordination fee and calendar delay.

Deposits and invoices

Bank transfer is the default method. Refunds return to the original payer account in TWD unless otherwise agreed. Processing time: 14 business days after approved refund.

Materials and travel

Travel expenses billed at cost are refundable only if the trip is cancelled before non-refundable bookings. Purchased third-party materials specific to your engagement are non-refundable once ordered.

Work already started

Consulting hours logged in timesheets, interview transcripts, and draft documents constitute work delivered. We do not refund for opinions or recommendations you choose not to implement.

How to request a refund

Email info@toolkitmagnoliapath.click with engagement reference, invoice number, and reason. We acknowledge within 3 business days and decide within 14 business days.

Disputes

Unresolved refund disputes are handled under the governing law and jurisdiction stated in our Terms of Service.
